JOB OVERVIEW

Care Dynamics is seeking experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses (RGNs and RMNs) to join our flexible staffing team across Bournemouth, Christchurch, and Poole. In this role, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care in a variety of settings, including Care Homes, Residential Homes, and Domiciliary Care environments.
As part of our team, you will work on a zero-hour contract basis, giving you the flexibility to choose shifts that fit your lifestyle while contributing meaningfully to the health and wellbeing of service users across the local area.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

• NMC registered as RGN or RMN (active PIN required)
• Minimum of 6 months’ post-registration experience in a care or clinical setting
• Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of professional nursing standards
• Confident in medication administration and clinical assessments
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients, families, and care teams
• Adaptability to work across different care settings and environments
• Commitment to safeguarding and person-centred care

• Carry out comprehensive assessments of service users’ physical and mental health needs
• Develop, implement, and review person-centred care plans tailored to individual needs
• Administer medications safely and in line with current guidelines and care plans
• Monitor and report any changes in physical or mental health to the relevant care team
• Work collaboratively with support staff, healthcare professionals, and families to deliver coordinated care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in accordance with regulatory standards
• Promote dignity, respect, and independence in all aspects of care delivery
• Ensure compliance with CQC standards, clinical best practice, and internal policies
