KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Continence nurse assessment and catheter changes
• Deliver comprehensive nursing care in diverse settings.
• Perform wound care management, including assessment, dressing changes, and monitoring of healing progress.
• Effectively assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams.
• Provide empathetic support and manage palliative care needs for end-of-life patients.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all patient interactions and care provided.
