Job Details Level: Experienced Job Location: Dorchester - Boston, MA 02122 Position Type: Full Time Education Level: 4 Year Degree Salary Range: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 Salary/year Travel Percentage: Up to 50% Job Shift: Day Job Category: Nurse Registered Nurse, RN - Case Management 40-hour position WORK Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join its nursing team to provide nurse case management and Medication Administration oversight to its community residential programs. The ideal candidate will provide nursing support to residential staff with a high degree of autonomy and be able to independently identify individual’s needs and provide appropriate intervention. Supervision and support from Director of Health Services. Responsibilities Include: Nurse case management, collateral communication with caregivers, conducting MAP audits, MAP (Medication Administration Program) training, medication administration support, staff training and support, discharge planning, nursing assessments. Duties vary based on assigned site. Hours: The position is 40hrs., five days per week with flexible hours and the only on-call responsibility will be PTO coverage. These are well established programs with excellent management retention and care.
