SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Community nursing would be an advantage
  • Subacute and disability experience
  • Ability to identify and report client care concerns to the Director of Clinical Operations.
  • Ability to redirect or deescalate behaviours
  • Dementia experience would be an advantage
  • Paediatric experience would be an advantage
  • Respiratory experience would be an advantage
  • Leadership experience is an advantage

  • NDIS Worker Screening Approval
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module Completion

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Electronic care plans - you can read about your clients prior to visiting them.
  • Nurse Support - 24/7 access to Clinical advice
  • Flexible working hours - you will be assigned clients and visits based on your availability, interests, skills and preferences

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide a premium care experience to our clients that is genuine, compassionate and personalised
  • Deliver care following the client’s care plan that has been developed by the Care Designer (Registered Nurse)
  • Meet the safety needs of the client and use equipment safely and properly.
  • Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly.
  • Conduct Nursing Assessments
