We are a busy, state-of-the-art interventional pain clinic dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care to patients suffering from chronic pain. Our modern facility offers advanced procedures including spinal injections, nerve blocks, radiofrequency ablation, and comprehensive pain management solutions. We are currently seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented, and energetic RN or LPN to join our fast-paced clinical team. Key Responsibilities: Assist physicians with interventional pain procedures (injections, fluoroscopy-guided treatments, etc.) Provide direct patient care including assessments, vital signs, IV starts, medication administration, and recovery monitoring Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and post-procedure care Prepare and maintain procedure rooms with strict adherence to sterile technique and infection control standards Document patient interactions accurately in our electronic medical record system Collaborate closely with our physicians, medical assistants, and administrative team in a high-volume setting Support pre-op, intra-op, and post-op patient flow to keep the clinic running efficiently Has to travel Qualifications: Active RN or LPN license inTN (required) BLS certification (required) Previous experience in pain management, orthopedics, interventional radiology, surgery center, or outpatient procedure setting is strongly preferred Excellent IV skills and comfort with procedural nursing Strong communication and patient-centered focus Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and empathy Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic What We Offer: Competitive hourly pay based on experience Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match) Generous PTO and paid holidays Continuing education and professional development opportunities Supportive team environment with experienced providers Modern facility with the latest technology No nights, no weekends, no major holidays (Monday–Friday schedule) Ready to make a meaningful impact in patients’ lives?
