We care for and support children and adults in the community with spinal cord injury, muscular dystrophy, acquired brain injuries and many other complex needs. As a Registered Nurse, you will be providing exceptional care to our clients in their homes, working closely with the family and engaging with community nurses and hospice teams where needed. As a Registered Nurse working within our care packages, you will provide a high standard of nursing to our clients with complex needs. There will be an up-to-date care plans for you to follow to ensure that you are aware of the client’s needs and wishes. You will be expected to provide holistic person-centred care, helping the client to meet their full potential. The role of the package nurse can be extremely rewarding, it also offers flexible working if required.
