Responsibilities practices Deliver case management services, including coordinating care and connecting clients with community resources Administer and monitor medications using safe practices, including psychotropic medications Respond to clients in need of crisis intervention in community and clinical settings Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough clinical documentation Provide supportive counseling and therapeutic interventions to promote recovery and stability Educate clients and families on mental health conditions, medications, and treatment plans Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and serve as a resource for support staff Qualifications Education: Diploma from an RN program. License(s)/Certification(s): Current licensure in good standing to practice as a Registered Nurse in primary state. Must apply within 90 days for licensure in secondary state. Must possess and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
