We are looking for a dynamic Registered Nurse to join our growing team as a Clinical Skills Trainer. This flexible role is perfect for an experienced NHS nurse (ICU, HDU, or similar) who wants to complement their clinical practice with teaching and training.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver engaging, competency-based training for carers, students, and healthcare professionals.
  • Teach specialist skills such as enteral feeding, tracheostomy care, suctioning, non-invasive ventilation, oxygen use, catheterisation, or stoma care.
  • Carry out supervision visits in community care settings across Greater Manchester and Merseyside.
  • Develop resources and contribute to innovative training programmes that raise care standards.

What We’re Looking For

  • NMC-registered Adult or Children’s Nurse
  • Current/recent NHS ICU or HDU experience
  • Confident in training, mentoring, or clinical supervision
  • Excellent communication and teaching skills
  • Must hold a valid UK driving licence, have access to your own car, and business use insurance
  • Flexibility to travel locally (expenses covered)
