An exciting opportunity exists for an RN to join our community nursing team .This is a full time Registered Nurse position, working a rotating roster that includes weekend and evening shifts.

Holistic Care of patients in their home- which includes comprehensive assessment, medication management, CVAD management, Chronic complex and acute wound care, Palliative and End of Life care , catheter and continence management. Liaise with LMO and multi-disciplinary health teams. Full orientation program provided to assist RNs in the transition to community nursing.
