We’re seeking an exceptional Concierge Home Care Services Manager in our Erie and Niagara counties to oversee clinical operations while building and launching our new Concierge Private-Pay Personal Care Program. This is a senior leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of clinical excellence, program development, and premium client service. Hours: Monday-Friday: 8:30a-5pm Office Location: Cheektowaga/Buffalo or Niagara Falls, NY Sign On Bonus: $10,000 paid in quarterly increments based on full-time work completed. After 90 days: $2,500 After 6 months: $2,500 After 9 months: $2,500 After one (1) year: $2,500 Who You Are A clinical leader with an entrepreneurial mindset—ready to elevate care, build new programs, and set a new standard for luxury-level home care services. What You’ll Do Design, launch, and manage our new concierge private-pay service line Recruit and supervise top tier concierge personnel to ensure personalized, relationship-driven care Coordinate scheduling and caseloads for private pay clients Lead, supervise, mentor, and support RNs, LPNs, and PCAs Ensure full regulatory compliance and high-quality patient care Create workflows, develop premium service offerings, and shape client experience standards Complete assessments and create individualized concierge care plans Drive innovation while maintaining excellence and compliance in traditional LHCSA operations PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT Medium work requiring up to 50 lbs of force occasionally. Work performed in office settings, client homes, and community environments. Hours: Monday-Friday: 8:30a-5pm #VFI123 Requirements What You'll Bring Current NYS Registered Professional Nurse (RN) license. Minimum three years of home care experience; supervisory experience strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of RN, LPN, PCA, and paraprofessional scope of practice. Proven leadership ability, with experience coaching and developing clinical teams. Exceptional customer-service, communication, and interpersonal skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build programs, create workflows, and operationalize new initiatives. Proficiency in EMRs, Microsoft Office Suite, and modern communication tools. Valid NYS driver’s license and reliable transportation. SPECIALIZED SKILLS & CORE COMPETENCIES Clinical assessment and care-planning expertise. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to cultivate high-trust relationships with clients and staff. Professional presentation, cultural sensitivity, and hospitality-level customer service. Ability to multitask across both clinical operations and concierge service functions.
