We are now seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of cardiac patients. As a Registered Nurse in our Coronary Care Unit, you will deliver specialised care to patients with Acute Cardiac conditions whilst working collaboratively with Cardiologists, Allied Health Professionals and your Nursing colleagues to provide high-quality, evidence-based care. Your role will see you educate patients and their families on cardiac care and post-discharge management, maintain accurate and timely documentation and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Current registration to practice as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Authority (AHPRA)
  • Demonstrated recent experience and clinical skill in Acute Care Nursing as a registered nurse (including Completion of a new graduate RN program or equivalent experience working as a Registered Nurse)
  • Demonstrated evidence of recent experience in Coronary Care Unit/Critical Care Nursing
  • Able to perform effectively as a team member
  • Demonstrated effective communication skills – written, verbal and eMR
  • Demonstrated evidence of being able to provide person centre care
  • Ability to work flexible rotating roster including Mornings, Evenings and Night shifts 7 days week
