We are seeking Registered Nurses for our CraigCare Mornington Home to work on a Casual basis. The applicant must be a grade 5 RN - must be available for a mixture of PM and Night Shifts.

Responsibilities

ABOUT YOUR ROLE:

As a Registered Nurse, you will work in a team environment, but also be able to operate alone and proactively. You will be on our frontline with our residents – which can be challenging, but is also rewarding when achieving positive outcomes for our residents. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for our residents well-being and delivering care to the highest standard. We are committed to our residents and our staff, and encourage our staff to commit to working safely within their teams.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Provide clinical care to residents, ensuring their health needs are met in accordance with their care plans
  • Develop, implement and evaluate individual care plans in collaboration with the care team
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by health care professionals
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with aged care standards and regulations
  • Adhere to infection control protocols and ensure a clean and safe environment for residents and staff
  • Provide care for residents with Dementia and Palliative Care needs
