Earlsferry House is set in a stunning location in the coastal town of Elie and Earlsferry. The home provides Residential, Nursing, Dementia, and Respite care for 26 residents.
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with a passion for making a real difference in the lives of others. Responsibilities

You will craft personalised care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and healthcare professionals. You will ensure accurate documentation, lead your team confidently, and oversee shift handovers to maintain continuity of care. Monitoring health, administering medications safely, and responding to emergencies will be part of your daily routine. You will foster strong relationships, promote independence, encourage social engagement, and maintain a safe, secure environment. Your role will support residents’ nutrition, hydration, and overall well-being while championing dignity, respect, and person-centred care.
