ABOUT US
Darcy House Care Home is part of Care Concern Group, a family-owned, market leading care provider with over 100 homes across the United Kingdom. We are committed to delivering outstanding care in specialist settings and creating supportive workplaces where our teams can grow and thrive.
Our five core values – Trust, Respect, Passion, Kindness, Inclusivity – define everything we do. If you share these values and want to work in an environment where your skills are truly appreciated, we would love to hear from you
As a Registered Nurse, you will play a central role in delivering clinical excellence and compassionate care. You will create and manage personalised care plans, ensuring they meet the individual needs and preferences of each resident. Building strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals will be key, ensuring clear and empathetic communication. You will actively promote residents’ independence, encourage social engagement, and maintain a safe, comfortable environment. Your vigilance will ensure health, safety, and wellbeing are always prioritised, and you will respond promptly and effectively to any emergencies.
