JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced DHA-licensed Registered Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes. The nurse will ensure personalized medical support, monitor patient conditions, administer treatments, and promote overall well-being while adhering to the standards set by the Dubai Health Authority (DHA).

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Valid DHA license as a Registered Nurse.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum [X] years of nursing experience (home care experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of patient care procedures, infection control, and medication administration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassionate, patient, and able to work independently.
Responsibilities
  • Provide professional nursing care in accordance with DHA regulations and home healthcare standards.
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
  • Administer prescribed medications, injections, and treatments.
  • Monitor patient health, record vital signs, and update medical records accurately.
  • Educate patients and family members on treatment plans, medications, and home care requirements.
  • Assist with mobility, wound care, and rehabilitation where necessary.
  • Collaborate with doctors, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
  • Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide first aid when required.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with health and safety regulations.
