Role Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to provide safe, professional nursing care in patients’ homes. The role includes accompanying doctors during home consultations, supporting elderly patients, providing wound care, and administering prescribed injections and IV therapies.

Key Responsibilities

Accompany doctors during home consultations and assist with patient assessments and examinations

Record medical history and monitor vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, pulse and oxygen levels

Provide compassionate elderly care, including health monitoring, mobility support and medication assistance

Assess, clean and dress wounds while monitoring healing progress

Prepare and administer prescribed IM, SC and IV injections safely

Perform IV cannulation and administer prescribed IV fluids or therapies

Monitor patients during and after treatment for adverse reactions

Educate patients and families about medications, wound care and follow-up instructions

Maintain accurate and confidential patient records

Follow strict infection-control, medication-safety and clinical protocols

Check and prepare medical equipment and supplies before every home visit

Escalate changes in a patient’s condition to the treating doctor promptly

Respond appropriately to medical emergencies and follow escalation procedures

Deliver respectful, patient-centred care while protecting privacy and dignity

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing

Valid DHA Registered Nurse licence or eligibility letter

Valid Basic Life Support certification

Minimum two years of clinical nursing experience

Experience in home healthcare, elderly care, wound management, injections and IV therapy is preferred

Strong IV cannulation and medication-administration skills

Good English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage

Comfortable travelling to patients’ homes and working flexible shifts

UAE driving licence is an advantage
