Your future role at a glance Location: Remote (with onsite travel) Department: Clinical Professional Development Schedule: Full-time Salary range: $138,258.29 - $195,187.61 per year Eligible for an annual bonus incentive How you'll make an impact in this role Potential travel: up to 50% to market locations (IL, IN, KS, TN, WI, TX, FL, MD, OK). Design and launch comprehensive professional development programs that standardize clinical excellence and directly advance the organization’s strategic health goals. Nationally support system level education in partnership with the Sr. Director. Forge collaborative partnerships with internal leaders and external stakeholders to co-create learning pathways that reflect the evolving needs of modern patient care. Mentor and develop a high-performing team of educators, fostering a culture of continuous growth and ensuring every staff member is empowered to reach their full potential. What minimum qualifications you'll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Registered Nurse credentialed from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) obtained within 18 Months (1 1/2 year) of hire date or job transfer date required. Education: High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management. What additional requirements you'll need ANPD Certification. Master's Degree.
