We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. QUALIFICATIONS

• Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
• Proven experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining a calm demeanour.
• Demonstrated ability to provide compassionate patient care with attention to detail.

• Assess and monitor patient health status, including vital signs and symptoms.
• Supervise Nursing Assistants
• Develop and implement individualised care plans based on patient needs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health conditions and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care services.
