Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality, individualised care to residents, with a focus on managing complex clinical needs such as wound care and pain management. You will also play a key leadership role by overseeing care staff on the floor, ensuring that all services delivered reflect our commitment to clinical excellence and exceptional resident experience.

  • Support the delivery of high-quality clinical and care services within our residential facility.
  • Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and document care outcomes promptly.
  • Provide and coordinate resident care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Apply advanced nursing skills to manage complex care needs.
  • Integrate evidence-based practices and professional standards into clinical care.
  • Collaborate with the Clinical Care Manager on key clinical decisions.
  • Guide and support EN - Care Coordinators and Care Assistants in resident care.
  • Foster a person-centred approach that encourages knowledge sharing and adaptability.
  • Promote interdisciplinary collaboration to uphold best-practice care standards.
  • Adhere to the National Competency Standards for Registered Nurses and Aged Care regulations.
