MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Minimum 3 years post graduate experience in an acute care setting ideally in a Surgical Ward or Theatre/ Day Procedure Unit. Other experience will be considered.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, including a high level of computer literacy.
• High level of organisational and time management skills.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Nurse to join our friendly and dynamic team in the Elective Admissions Department. In this role you will be responsible for coordinating the
management, pre-operative assessment, providing pre-operative education and booking of patients for elective surgery.
