As an Emergency Department team member, you will provide rapid, high-acuity care on a daily basis by continuously assessing and prioritising care, administering critical medications, and collaborating with medical teams to stabilise acute injuries and illnesses. As a member of our clinical team you will be planning, evaluating and delivering care to patients with the support and guidance of the Nurse Unit Manager, Registered Nurses, and Clinical Nurses to ensure a high level of quality service is provided to our patients. About You You will be a trained nurse with exceptional customer service, confident communication, and strong interpersonal skills. You will also demonstrate: Current registration with AHPRA as an Registered Nurse [Essential]. Minimum 2 years recent experience in an acute surgical/medical care role. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Flexibility to work a 7-day rotating roster Genuine interest in learning Emergency Medicine skills.
