You’ll assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes. Key Responsibilities Deliver patient care using the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and hospital policy Perform triage and assign appropriate categories Monitor and manage patient pain, educating patients and families on pain control Communicate effectively with physicians, managers, and team members Supervise and delegate tasks to CNAs and support staff Maintain accurate documentation and charting Participate in department meetings and interdisciplinary care planning Respond to emergencies and participate in Rapid Response Team Support a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement Orient new staff and assist with cost containment Requirements Qualifications Education & Licensure: Graduate of an accredited nursing program Active Wyoming RN license Current certifications: AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) Skills & Abilities: Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking Effective verbal and written communication Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic environment Proficient in using clinical equipment and electronic health records (Meditech experience preferred) Commitment to confidentiality and HIPAA compliance Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, assist patients, and perform essential nursing duties Working Conditions Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and exposure to bodily fluids Requires visual, auditory, and manual dexterity to perform clinical tasks Reasonable accommodations available for qualified individuals Ready to Make a Difference?
