ABOUT US
Nepean Blue Mountains Local Health District (NBMLHD) is a wonderful place to expand your career and grow your skills and knowledge. As a recognised leader in the healthcare industry, we provide a range of public health services to the Nepean, Blue Mountains, and Lithgow Region.
Blue Mountains District ANZAC Memorial Hospital is an acute hospital that supports a population of approximately 80,000 and is the only ANZAC Memorial hospital remaining in NSW. Easily accessible to Sydney residents, our team of clinicians, allied health, and support staff works with the community on a shared goal to maintain the delivery of high-quality healthcare in the Blue Mountains region.
Through the Safe Staffing Levels initiative, we have multiple opportunities for Registered Nurses (RN) to work in our Emergency Department (ED) at Blue Mountains District ANZAC Memorial Hospital. Play a critical role in providing urgent and comprehensive care for adult and paediatric patients across a wide spectrum of trauma, surgical, medical and mental health presentations.
The ED and BMDAMH has a supportive orientation and learning/progression pathway from orientation to triage level nursing. One that it suited to the skills and experience you bring to the department on arrival. You will be working alongside the clinical nurse educators and a buddy who will guide and encourage you to be the best version of you.
Grow and develop your career as a nurse in a supportive and challenging environment, with many robust career progression pathways available to you. We encourage you to apply today!
