Hobart Private Hospital Emergency Department is a 9-bed unit, open 24/7 in the centre of Hobart City, adjacent to the Royal Hobart Hospital. It provides 24/7 medical, nursing and clerical services. Perform triage and provide immediate medical care to patients with acute injuries and illnesses Administer treatments, monitor vital signs, and coordinating with other healthcare professionals to stabilize patients Ensure patient and staff safety Supervise, direct and support your team members to deliver family centred care Deliver education and support to individuals/patients for the management of their care Essential Criteria: Minimum 2 years in and Emergency Nursing Environment Experience in triaging patients using the five-level scale system Current Registration with AHPRA & Working with Vulnerable People check Commitment to Quality Patient Care & Compliance with ACQSHC National standards Sound clinical decision making and problem solving skills Works well independently and within a team Excellent communication and customer service skills Proficient computer skills Work with Tasmania's Leading Private Hospital in the Heart of Hobart For over 20 years, Hobart Private Hospital has been a cornerstone of high-quality healthcare for the people of Hobart and greater Tasmania.
