Davidson Management Consultants have been mandated to recruit western trained Registered Nurses – Emergency Department for their client in Dubai, UAE which is a reputed JCI accredited multispecialty hospital providing comprehensive emergency and trauma services. We are looking for Registered Nurses holding a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (minimum three-year full-time program) from a nationally or internationally recognized nursing college or university, or a Degree in Nursing (minimum two-year program) together with registration as a Registered Nurse from Canada, USA, UK, Ireland, South Africa, Australia, or New Zealand in accordance with the DHA Professional Qualification Requirements. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of recent Emergency Department experience within an acute care hospital. Current BLS certification is mandatory and ACLS and trauma nursing certifications would be highly desirable. The Registered Nurse – Emergency Department will be responsible for delivering rapid, efficient, and evidence-based nursing care to patients presenting with medical, surgical, pediatric, and traumatic emergencies. Perform triage assessments, prioritize patient care based on clinical acuity, initiate emergency nursing interventions, administer emergency medications, assist during trauma resuscitations, cardiac arrest management, and life-saving procedures while maintaining composure within a fast-paced environment. Work collaboratively with Emergency Physicians, Surgeons, Critical Care teams, Radiology, Laboratory, and other multidisciplinary departments to ensure timely diagnosis and treatment. Monitor patient progress from admission through stabilization or transfer, maintain accurate clinical documentation, uphold infection prevention standards, and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with hospital policies and JCI accreditation requirements.
