We are currently seeking dedicated, skilled Emergency Room Registered Nurses (ER RNs) to join our dynamic emergency department team. As an ER RN, you’ll play a critical role in delivering fast, efficient, and compassionate care to patients in their most urgent moments. Pay Range: $34.29-$51.429 per hour based on experience and qualifications (eligible for shift differentials). Full-time position Shift Differentials: Weekday Nights - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday - 7:00 pm - 7:00 am - $3.00 per hour Weekend Days - Saturday, Sunday - 7:00 am - 7:00 pm - $3.50 per hour Weekend Nights - Friday, Saturday, Sunday - 7:00 pm - 7:00 am - $5.00 per hour Sign On Bonus: $3,000 sign-on bonus. ER Nurse to provide care in emergency room and other critical care settings. Quickly assess conditions and stabilize patients in life-threatening emergencies such as strokes, heart attacks or severe injuries. Triage cases in order of urgency and need. Administer medication as instructed by physicians. Start intravenous lines, intubations, patient stitches and sutures as directed. Create and maintain incoming patient records. Work closely with team of emergency staff to help patients. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required. Current ACLS (Advanced Cardio Life Support Certification) and PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support certification) required. TNCC (Trauma Nurse Core Course certification) is required but can be completed within one month of hire. Active Colorado RN license required. Three years of previous work experience as an RN is required. Previous emergency room work experience is preferred. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Exceptional multitasking and time-management skills. • Ability to work closely with a team and patients. • Willingness to continually learn the latest advancements in emergency medicine. • Ability to place intravenous lines, set bones and perform other emergency medical tasks quickly and efficiently. • Excellent interpersonal skills.
