Join us on this meaningful journey where your skills, compassion, and dedication will make a remarkable difference in the lives of those we serve.   Emergency Services Unit: * Our Emergency Services unit specializes in providing direct patient care in the Emergency Department using the nursing process in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice.  * Patients on this unit may include Neonate, Infant, Early Childhood, Late Childhood, Adolescent, Young Adult, Middle Adult, Older Adult.      How you’ll contribute   You’ll make an impact by utilizing your specialized plan-of-care intervention and serving as a patient-care innovator. You will shape exceptional patient journeys every day and leverage your skills and our cutting-edge technology to directly impact patient wellbeing. * Performs plan of care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, and other medical care activities. Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions  * Documents patient care provided. Performs timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record  * Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition to the care team, physician, patient, and family. Performs timely and accurate QI assessments    What we’re looking for:  Applicants should have a current state RN license. Additional requirements include:  * Associate’s Degree in Nursing required * .BCLS required  * ACLS, PALS, and Handle with Care preferred; must be obtained within 30 days of employment.
