The Opportunity
Join our dedicated team at Rouse Hill as a Registered Nurse, where your clinical expertise and compassionate care will help empower women through every stage of their health journey. As a Women’s Health Practice Nurse, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality, safe, and efficient nursing services. Working closely with our Practice and Regional Managers, you’ll support patients and healthcare practitioners across a range of clinical and administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver direct patient care including vaccinations, wound care, diagnostic tests, and CST collection
  • Support women’s health initiatives through education, follow-ups, and preventative care outreach
  • Assist with procedures and care plans for patients with endometriosis and pelvic pain
  • Maintain clinical areas, manage stock, and support accreditation processes
  • Collaborate with the broader nursing and practice team to improve service delivery and appointment efficiency

About you

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in clinical nursing (primary care experience desirable)
  • Interest or experience in women’s health
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
