Are you an experienced RGN or RMN seeking a leadership role within a supportive, person-centred care setting? We’re looking for a dedicated Nurse to oversee clinical operations during night shifts, ensuring the highest standards of care are consistently delivered.

THE ROLE:

You’ll take charge of the home overnight, leading a dedicated team and managing a range of clinical needs. You’ll provide guidance, ensure safe medication administration, and maintain accurate care plans while fostering a calm and caring environment for residents.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and supervise the nursing and care teams overnight
• Manage complex nursing and dementia care requirements
• Safely administer medications, including complex prescriptions and PEG feeds
• Keep care plans and clinical records accurate and up to date using electronic systems
• Oversee catheter care and other clinical procedures
• Maintain a professional, reassuring presence for residents and staff overnight
