OVERVIEW

We are seeking compassionate and skilled licensed Registered Nurse to join our team in delivering exceptional patient-centered care across Dubai. The ideal candidate must possess a Dubai Health Authority (DHA) Eligibility Letter/ License. Strong organization, professionalism, passion, and empathy are a must.

QUALIFICATIONS & ELIGIBILITY

  • DHA Eligibility Letter/ License
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent, recognized as per DHA’s Unified Healthcare Professional Qualification Requirements (PQR).
  • Primary Source Verification (PSV) successfully completed via Dataflow.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of recent hands-on clinical nursing experience
  • BLS/ ACLS/ PALS certified (preferred)
  • OPD/IP/ICU/ER/Hemodialysis/OB/Pedia specialized

PREFERRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

  • Proven experience in home healthcare/ community nursing environments.
  • Excellent clinical judgment and adaptability in varied home environments.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with DHA/JCI regulations and standards.
  • Empathetic, culturally responsive, and committed to patient-centered care.
  • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Registered Nurse: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

  • DHA License (Required)

Perform skilled nursing interventions such as wound care, injections, catheter management, IV therapy, and other physician-directed treatments.

  • Perform safe and accurate hemodialysis treatments for patients according to prescribed protocols.
  • Provide skilled nursing care for patients requiring mechanical ventilation at home.
  • Monitor patient progress, document health status, and alert supervising physicians to any changes.
  • Evaluate patients’ status and refer or collaborate with physicians for further medical interventions to improve health status of the patient.
  • Act as a case manager—coordinate services like physiotherapy, pharmacy support, rehabilitation, and community care.
  • Mentor and oversee assistant nurses, ensuring delegations comply with professional standards and DHA scope of practice.
  • Uphold infection control standards; assess and modify home environments for safety and effectiveness.
  • Provide emotional support to patients and families, respecting cultural values and patient dignity.
  • Maintain compliance with all relevant DHA policies, scope-of-practice directives, and documentation requirements
