Permanent Registered Nurse (Sydney & Regional NSW)
About the Role:
The Langley Talent Group works closely with a network of leading aged care providers across New South Wales. We are currently seeking Registered Nurses who are passionate about person-centred care and looking for secure, permanent opportunities in both Sydney and regional locations.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Deliver safe and effective nursing care that enhances resident wellbeing.
  • Administer medications and monitor health in line with care plans.
  • Work collaboratively with allied health professionals, GPs, and care staff.
  • Provide support, guidance, and leadership to care teams.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in line with regulatory standards.
  • Promote independence, dignity, and quality of life for residents.
  • Uphold aged care quality standards, infection control, and safety requirements.
  • Respond appropriately to changes in resident conditions and emergencies.

What We’re Looking For

  • Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
  • At least 2 years’ clinical experience (aged care experience highly regarded).
  • Strong clinical skills and confidence managing complex care needs.
  • Clear communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work across a rotating roster (mornings, afternoons, nights, weekends, and public holidays).
  • A caring and professional approach, with genuine commitment to person-centred care.
