QUALIFICATIONS

• Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) in the UK.
• Proven experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not essential for newly qualified nurses.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology, along with excellent patient care skills.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Compassionate nature with a strong desire to help others in need.

• Deliver comprehensive patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualised treatment plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians while monitoring patients for any adverse reactions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Provide emotional support to patients and their families during challenging times.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance nursing skills and knowledge.
