Description Job Title: Registered Nurse (Full-Time Nightshift) The Registered Nurse will have a passion for providing exceptional patient care and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Responsibilities: - Assessing and recording patient symptoms and medical histories - Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians - Collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans - Educating patients and their families on disease prevention and management - Monitoring and recording patient vital signs and medical information - Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records - Adhering to all healthcare regulations and standards Requirements Requirements: - Active Registered Nurse license for WV - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment - Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills Physical and Sensory Requirements: Considerable physical activity: Requires heavy physical work; heavy lifting, pushing, or pulling required of objects up to fifty (50) or more pounds. Physical work is a primary part (more than 70%) of job. Push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of fifty (50) pounds to a minimum height of three (3) feet and be able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of fifty (50) feet. Standing and/or walking for more than four (4) hours per day. Bending and/or stooping for more than one (1) hour at a time.
Responsibilities
The Registered Nurse is responsible for assessing patient symptoms, administering treatments, and collaborating with healthcare teams to implement care plans. They also educate patients on disease management and maintain accurate medical records.
