Located in Glen Innes in the beautiful Northern Tablelands of NSW, Roseneath Aged Care Centre is a 75 bed facility that promotes a inclusive work environment. We are a stand alone facility providing residential care for 75 senior Australians with 24 hour Registered Nurses.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Current Certification with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency

Experience:

• Registered nurse: 1 year (Preferred)
• Nursing: 1 year (Required

• Coordination and delivery of individualized resident care through competent management of human and physical resources.
• Work cooperatively as a team member.
• Work within level of skill, scope and knowledge
• Practice Duty of Care.
• Demonstrate flexibility in work practices in order to support colleagues and meet the changing needs of the facility.
• Perform clinical assessments
• Follow best practice. Perform safe and critical thinking.
• Communicate effectively.
• High computer literacy of documentations
