Salary: £37,500 – £44,500 per year (location dependent)

About the Role

As an RGN Assessor, you’ll use your clinical knowledge in a new and rewarding way:

  • Conduct assessments via telephone, video, or face-to-face
  • Evaluate how health conditions or disabilities affect daily living for Personal Independence Payment (PIP) or Work Capability Assessment (WCA) claims
  • Work with a wide range of conditions including physical, mental health, cognitive, and sensory
  • Produce clear, evidence-based reports that support life-changing decisions

What We’re Looking For

We welcome applications from RGNs who have:

  • NMC registration as a Registered General Nurse
  • A minimum of 1 year’s post-qualification experience
  • Excellent communication and clinical reasoning skills
  • A professional, empathetic, and analytical approach
  • Ability to type at least 30 words per minute
