ROLE SUMMARY

Minimum one year experience in General practice as a Registered Practice Nurse.

Fluency in communication.

• Ensure the provision of quality nursing care through efficient and effective, safe and timely services exercising a significant level of initiative in the direct coordination, implementation and evaluation of care with appropriate outcomes.
• Demonstrated commitment to personal and professional development.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES, DUTIES

Clinical Nursing Services.

• Triage,
• Chronic Condition Management.
• Health screening/assessments:
• 75years plus health assessment
• Healthy Kids Check
• Health Assessments
• Preventative health checks and programs
• Immunization

Apply nursing assessment skills and nursing practice in a safe and professional manner that reflects practice standards and guidelines and RACGP guidelines.
Excellent knowledge and understanding of working with clients to achieve social, emotional and physical well-being
