Description Heartline Staffing, strategic talent partners with Purple Cow Recruiting, is seeking a Registered Nurse to support a GI and Pulmonary care unit in a hospital setting. In this role, the RN provides comprehensive nursing care to patients with gastrointestinal and pulmonary conditions while delivering safe, compassionate, and patient-centered care. Nurses collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to assess patient needs, develop individualized plans of care, and ensure optimal outcomes across varying levels of acuity. This position offers opportunities across multiple shifts and supports both experienced and early-career nurses through structured orientation and competency validation. Schedule: Day, Evening, or Night shifts Every other weekend rotation Compensation: Hourly pay ranges from $30.47 to $45.71 based on experience. Sign-on bonus available up to $30,000 for experienced RNs or $20,000 for RNs. Requirements Education: - Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing or approved program eligible for Virginia RN licensure Licensure: - Active Virginia RN license or eligible multistate compact RN license Certifications: - CPR required - ACLS, PALS, and/or NRP as required by unit Qualifications: - Ability to deliver age-specific nursing care - Strong assessment, documentation, and critical thinking skills - Proficiency with electronic medical records (EPIC) - Ability to meet orientation and competency requirements Heartline Staffing is a Strategic Talent Partner with Purple Cow Recruiting.
