SearchPlus HR is excited to seek a skilled Registered Nurse for a prominent Government Hospital in the UAE. In this essential role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment. Your focus will be on assessing and monitoring patients, planning and executing care strategies, and educating patients and their families about health management. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, ensuring that patients receive comprehensive and appropriate care tailored to their specific needs. This role provides a unique opportunity to contribute to the healthcare system in the UAE while growing professionally in a supportive atmosphere. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop patient care plans accordingly. Administer medications and treatments and monitor patient reactions and progress. Educate patients and families on disease prevention and health promotion. Document patient care and communicate effectively with team members. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to health and safety regulations. Collaborate with various departments to ensure efficient patient care delivery. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent. Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license recognized in the UAE. Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS); Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification is preferred. Strong clinical and critical thinking skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. Experience working in a multicultural environment is a plus. Prior nursing experience in a hospital setting is advantageous; new graduates with exceptional skills are welcome to apply.
