Set days - Thursday and Fridays About the Role You will be responsible for the delivery of expert clinical care in the Cardiac Catheterisation Laboratory under the guidance of the Nurse Unit Manager or Associate Nurse Unit Manager. You will also be responsible for ensuring own professional development, including clinical skills and knowledge, in order to successfully deliver a safe, empathetic and exceptional procedural experience to our patients in this niche nursing role. Supports the physical and emotional safety of patients throughout their procedural journey Scout and scrub for all cardiac procedures such as angiograms, PCI, pacing, cardiac biopsy and structural heart. Participate in department education and meetings as requested. Classifications for this position will range from YP3 - YP9 ($69,253.60 - $92,601.60 pro rata per annum). The unit functions as part of a multi-disciplinary team that offers the full range of cardiac diagnostic services. The unit operates, Monday to Friday with an on-call roster operating for the Registered Nurses.
