About the opportunity

  • Provides high-level clinical care to elderly residents, ensuring safe and effective nursing interventions.
  • Oversees and mentors junior nursing staff, ensuring best practices are followed and providing guidance as needed.
  • Conducts comprehensive assessments, develops personalized care plans, and monitors ongoing health needs of residents.
  • Works closely with doctors, allied health professionals, and family members to deliver holistic care to residents.
  • Responsible for administering medications accurately and monitoring residents for potential side effects.
  • Provides education and support to residents, families, and staff on health-related issues and care procedures.
  • Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and maintains accurate, up-to-date patient records.

  • Minimum of 1 years’ experience as a Registered Nurse

You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:

  • NDIS clearance
  • Valid work rights in Australia
