About the opportunity General Gynaecology Clinics at Mercy Hospital for Women provide a wide range of services to patients requiring gynaecology care across general gynaecology, reproductive medicine, complex endosurgery, menopause management, acute and chronic pain. Summary of the role Provide effective and efficient organisation, coordination and procedural support to the gynaecology clinics. Ensuring timely and appropriate processing of referrals into relevant clinics in alignment with the Specialist Clinic Access Policy. Proactively manage the clinic sessions to ensure adequate appointment availability and clinic utilisation What you’ll bring You’re resilient, compassionate and have a whole lot of heart. To thrive in this role, you will have: Registration with AHPRA- Registered Nurse Division 1 Experience in Gynaecology is highly preferred Excellent clinical, time management, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt and problem solve. A compassionate, flexible and positive approach to effective patient care and management. The ability to nurture friendly, respectful relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment. You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining: A current Police Record Check and Working with Children Check.
