About the Role We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Women's Health focussed general practice in Mittagong. Thisrole offers a varied scope of clinical and administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver compassionate nursing care using a trauma-informed approach, ensuring clients feel safe, respected, heard and supported throughout their care.

- Deliver immunisations, practice health checks, and routine clinical procedures such as wound dressing, suture removal etc. Support chronic disease management plans for patients with chronic disease and other long-term conditions. Perform ECGs in accordance with practice protocols.

- Provide health promotion, patient education, and preventive care advice tailored to individual needs. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and contribute to patient records with attention to privacy and confidentiality. Assist with triage, telephone advice, and coordination of care with GPs.

- Support practice quality improvement initiatives, accreditation processes and infection control practices.
