A leader at our Residential Care Homes, as a Registered Nurse you will deliver direct and comprehensive care to our residents, while supporting Enrolled Nurses and Residential Care Workers on shift. You’ll also make an impact by: * Using evidence-based approaches to deliver quality care to residents * Ensuring assigned resident care is performed in line with care standards and Helping Hand policies and procedures * Conducting assessments, reviews, coordinate care plans and medical/clinical interventions * Liaising with family members, doctors, care workers and allied health professionals to support the wellbeing of the residents What you’ll bring To succeed in this role, you will have: * A Bachelor of Nursing qualification * A current AHPRA registration * The ability to operate smartphones and apps (such as Microsoft Outlook) * Minimum of 6-12 months of work experience (experience in aged care is highly regarded) * Valid NDIS Worker Screening clearance or be willing to obtain one.
