Schedule & Pay Part-time position 3 days per week | 8 hours per day Starting pay: $35–$38/hour (based on experience) About the Role As a Home Health Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in coordinating and delivering patient-centered care in the home setting. You’ll use your clinical expertise and judgment to support patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team in achieving the best possible outcomes. Flexibility and availability to take call for home health and hospice patients. At least 1 year of home health or hospice experience preferred.
