Schedule & Pay Part-time position 3 days per week | 8 hours per day Starting pay: $35–$38/hour (based on experience) About the Role As a Home Health Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in coordinating and delivering patient-centered care in the home setting. You’ll use your clinical expertise and judgment to support patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team in achieving the best possible outcomes. Requirements A valid non-restricted RN license in the state of Colorado is required. Must have a valid non-restricted driver’s license. Flexibility and availability to take call for home health and hospice patients. At least 1 year of home health or hospice experience preferred.
