About the Roles HomeCare Registered Nurse HomeCare nurses support patients recovering from illness, surgery, chronic conditions, or hospitalization. In this role, you will: Provide coordinated, comprehensive nursing care in the home setting. Use strong assessment, critical thinking, and clinical judgment skills. Address the physical, psychosocial, and spiritual needs of patients and their caregivers. Help patients improve function, independence, and overall quality of life. Hospice Registered Nurse Hospice nurses provide compassionate care for patients facing life-limiting illness. In this role, you will: Deliver direct patient care, symptom management, and emotional support. Provide education to patients and families navigating end-of-life needs. Collaborate closely with the Hospice & Palliative Care Interdisciplinary Group (IDG). Focus on comfort, dignity, and reducing suffering for both patients and families. Develop and Grow Your Career! Position: Registered Nurse RN - Home Care or Hospice Shift: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm; Monday - Friday with weekend and holiday rotations Our nurses service the following counties: Montgomery County, Delaware County, Philadelphia County and Chester County. Experience: 1. Two Years recent med-surg experience in an acute or long-term care setting, rehabilitation, home care, or hospice setting preferred. 2. Hospice Nurse experience preferred. Education: RN Diploma, ASN required; BSN preferred. Licensures/Certifications: 1. Current license to practice nursing in PA OR a multi-state license verified in one of the approved states through the Nursing Licensure Compact. 2. Valid Driver's license and automobile insurance. 3. Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) preferred. 4. Certification in specialty area of nursing preferred. Requirements: This position requires you to wear a respirator as part of the job requirement.
