Overview Full Time - 0.9 FTE Day Shift - 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM (w/ rotating weekends & holidays) $10,000 Sign On Bonus for External Hires Step into a dynamic leadership role as a Registered Nurse House Supervisor with the Clinical Resource Team, where you’ll oversee nursing personnel and patient care across all inpatient units during your designated shift. Serving as the key administrative and clinical decision-maker, you’ll provide leadership, guidance, and support to ensure safe, high-quality patient care across the organization. This role also maintains a strong hands-on component, floating as a bedside nurse to medical–surgical units across the three Quad City campuses based on skill level. Responsibilities Supervisor duties Rounding on all units Facilitating staff Assist with anything needed in any of the departments Assess the needs of patients and families, providing appropriate teaching and making the necessary referrals to provide continuity of care. Qualifications Education: Diploma from an RN program. Experience: Two years of hospital clinical experience or demonstrated clinical efficiency. License(s)/Certification(s): Current licensure in good standing to practice as a Registered Nurse in primary state. Must apply within 90 days for licensure in secondary state. Must possess and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Must possess and maintain current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification within 6 months of hire.
