We proudly deliver diagnostic imaging and nuclear medicine services to in-patients of Latrobe Regional Hospital and outpatients of the Latrobe Valley and surrounding regions.  We also provide interventional radiology 24/7 for both inpatients and outpatients.       I-MED Radiology is a tertiary referral, private imaging practice located at Latrobe Regional Hospital, Victoria.   Known for our patient-first focus and imaging excellence, we operate in a fast-paced, professional environment using outstanding medical imaging technology. Our team is friendly, highly skilled and passionate about delivering the highest standards of care and service.     We are currently seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our medical imaging team. This will be a Fixed Term Part-Time Position.   Reporting to the Area Nurse Coordinator and working alongside a dedicated multidisciplinary team you will provide high quality nursing support and recovery services to the clinic. Additional training available for the right candidate.     The successful applicant will be:   * Patient assessment, preparation and monitoring * Cannulation and IV access * Assisting with interventional and diagnostic procedures * Management of sedated patients and post-procedure care * Infection control, WHS and medication safety practices * Handling emergency situations and maintaining emergency equipment and drug compliance * Delivering compassionate care in high-acuity and high-anxiety environments * Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary imaging team - liaising with radiologists, radiographers, sonographers, referrers and the administration team.    Key selection criteria: * Full AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse * Proven acute nursing experience * Demonstrated ability to work effectively and autonomously within a multidisciplinary team * Strong interpersonal and communication skills * Well-developed time management and organisational skills * Ability to work a flexible roster    Desirable but not essential: * Previous Experience in Radiology/Surgical/Procedural Nursing * Anesthetic Experience    How do you apply?
