ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

As a valued member of our ICU team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to critically ill patients. This includes monitoring complex medical conditions, providing rapid response to changes in patient status, and working closely with a team of intensivists, allied health professionals, and fellow nurses to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
  • Minimum two (2) years post graduate experience in a critical care setting.
  • Post graduate qualifications in critical care/Intensive Care preferred.
  • Availability to work across a rotating 7-day roster is essential.
  • Applicants must have full working rights in Australia.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team and independently as required.
    Remuneration: Pay and conditions will be in accordance with the Ramsay Health Care Queensland Health Professionals Enterprise Agreement 2024 (effective 26 February 2024). Classification and salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must provide a National Police check conducted within the previous 12 months
  • According to the role, Ramsay may require a Working-With-Children check and proof of immunisation against infectious diseases
Responsibilities

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our dedicated Intensive Care Unit at Noosa Private Hospital. This permanent part-time role offers 60 hours per fortnight.
As a Level 2 facility, our ICU is accredited for four intensive care beds and four close observation/telemetry beds, providing a supportive and specialised environment to deliver exceptional patient care.
