Position Overview We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join an ICU Stepdown (Progressive Care) unit within an acute care hospital setting. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care while collaborating with medical providers and interdisciplinary teams to support optimal patient outcomes. The Registered Nurse will assess patient conditions, administer treatments, and provide both pre-operative and post-operative care while serving as an advocate for patients and families.
