Our team of dedicated experts provides compassionate, personalized care for people affected by cancer and those close to them. We provide resources to help patients prevent and relieve physical, psychological, social and spiritual suffering; plan their future; achieve life goals and navigate any care changes. “What will you be doing in this role” The Clinical Nurse II is cross- trained to cover multiple providers and is a resource for specialties within the program including Psychiatry, Psychotherapy, Supportive Care Medicine, Cancer Rehabilitation, Social Work and Clinical Nutrition. This role will manage patient portal messages and calls for triage of symptoms, prescription refills, and conduct meticulous chart notes for all communication with patients, pharmacies, insurance companies and etc.

Responsibilities

The Clinical Nurse II provides compassionate support to cancer patients and families, coordinating care across specialties like Psychiatry and Supportive Care Medicine. Responsibilities include managing patient portal communications, triaging symptoms, and maintaining meticulous clinical documentation.
